John,
I’m not sure if you had a chance to read my last email, but the March for Life is only 1 day away, tomorrow, Friday, January 24th. So, I wanted to reach out again to make sure you had an opportunity to participate. For the 47th time, hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers will gather in Washington D.C. to mourn the loss of innocent life resulting from the Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling which legalized abortion in all 50 states. While we stand 100% supportive of the March for Life, we realize that most pro-lifers are unable to make this annual event. If that’s you, we hope that you will make a pledge to be part of our prayer team.
Please pledge to join us on Friday, January 24, 2020, in a time of prayer to ask our heavenly Father to aid us in reaching members of Congress, Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States, and President Donald J. Trump to end the atrocity of abortion.
By signing this petition pledge, you’re agreeing to join us on January 24, 2020, to pray for: the United States of America, Members of the United States House of Representatives and Senate, Justices of the Supreme Court, and President Donald J. Trump; that our heavenly Father will move on the hearts of our nation’s leaders and use those attending the March for Life to end the atrocity of abortion; repentance as a nation for the Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling; strength, hope, and love or women and families seeking an abortion; and most certainly to end all abortion. There is one more item that I would ask you to pray for… tomorrow’s event. We received a big announcement that President Donald J. Trump will be the first sitting U.S. President to attend the March for Life. This has the potential to be the largest March for Life yet. So, let’s pray for the safety of everyone in attendance and that it may also be the most impactful. We have an opportunity to put to rest this shame hanging over our county. A day where our government recognizes the killing of pre-born babies as murder and works toward meaningful solutions to help women and families who would otherwise feel abortion is their only option.
Thank you, Gregory Mertz and the entire CitizenGO Team P.S. If you have already signed, please share the prayer pledge with your friends. Here's the email we sent you earlier on this:

Dear John,
For our nation and for human dignity, I’m launching an important call to action -- and it’s important that you join us. As you may know, the March for Life will take place on Friday, January 24, 2020. This year’s march will mark the 47th time that hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers gather in Washington D.C. to mourn the loss of innocent life resulting from the Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling which legalized abortion in all 50 states. This annual event is a momentous occasion which brings the grassroots to the doorsteps of our nation’s leaders to impact political change -- with the goal to see the end of the legalized killing of preborn babies in our country. At CitizenGO, we believe in the power of the grassroots and that results will occur when people join their hearts and minds together to achieve a common goal. While we stand 100% supportive of the March for Life, we realize that most pro-lifers are unable to make this annual event. If that’s you, we hope that you will make a pledge with the members of our CitizenGO team.

It’s great to have the support of the entire CitizenGO community to launch this initiative. I believe in the power of prayer and the result we can achieve when we come together. The Bible is repetitive in giving us guidance to pray for our leaders. One of my favorite verses is Proverbs 21:1 “In the Lord’s hand the king’s heart is a stream of water that he channels toward all who please him.”
