In Ukraine and Russia – Putin’s war continues as the devastation and destruction have impacted millions in Ukraine. Putin, however, has used the opportunity to celebrate his war in a Trump-style rally where he used musical numbers and remixes to mock the deaths of Ukrainian soldiers, according to the New York Times. In this same article, it was noted that Putin encouraged all citizens to be involved in the war effort, including children.

Democracy is under threat around the world, and nations all over are watching America and how we stand up to fascists, bullies, and those who seek unlimited power. It is up to us to show our support for Democratic nations, and those that defend their borders from unwarranted attacks and threats to their way of life.
