Voto Latino is the nation's premier Latino voter registration organization. Ahead of the 2020 election, we registered over 600,000 voters, and 75% of them turned out to vote. In battleground states like Arizona and Georgia, the number of voters we registered and mobilized exceeded President Biden's margin of victory.
Now, as we look ahead to 2024, we have an even bigger hurdle ahead of us.
In Texas alone, nearly a million young Latinos will turn 18 before the next election — reaching these voters could be the key to flipping Texas blue for the first time since the 1970s.
Meanwhile, in Arizona, over 100,000 young Latinos will reach voting age by next November. That's more than ten times the Democratic margin of victory in 2020! To keep the White House and Senate blue, we must activate those voters.
