Friend, I was just looking through the results of my 2023 priorities survey so I could finalize my strategy for the year, but I noticed that you and a number of other folks still haven't responded.
I cannot emphasize enough how vital these responses are to my work. We only have one year to prepare ourselves for the potential of another Trump presidency and another battle for the Senate – and we're already facing stark opposition to President Biden's bold progressive agenda from Kevin McCarthy and his party in the House.
That means that I'm going to have to make some tough calls on what fights to prioritize this year – and I'm counting on supporters like you to guide my work, friend.
So please, to help me fight for the things that matter most to you and your loved ones, will you take my priorities survey? I just reopened the form for you, so this personalized link is the best way to access it:

Thank you for enriching my work.

Friend, January has always been my favorite month of the year. It's a time of hope and excitement, a time when all of us look at the year ahead and ask, "What can we do to make life better?"
Well today I was thinking through that very same question and wondering how I could improve the lives of my constituents this year. I weighed several options before I decided that the best way to fight for you would be to first ask where your priorities lie.
That's why I asked my team to put together this quick priorities survey so I can hone in on the issues that matter most to you in 2023, but I'm still missing YOUR response, friend. So please:
Will you take just 60 seconds now to share your top priorities and concerns with me so I can keep your voice centered in my work?
Thanks to all of the feedback I received from supporters like you in 2022, I was able to fight for the issues that actually matter to working Americans.
When tragedy after tragedy from the gun violence epidemic devastated our nation, I listened to my constituents and voted to pass a once-in-a-generation gun reform bill. When our nation faced even more extreme weather events over the summer – all spurred forward by climate change – I listened to my supporters and proudly voted to pass the Inflation Reduction Act, which puts BILLIONS toward climate solutions.
And, now that Donald Trump has announced his campaign for president in 2024, I need to hear from you to determine what fights to prioritize in these critical next two years.
Friend, January is all about charting a new course for the year, but I want to hear directly from you before I finalize my strategy. So please, before midnight tonight:
Will you take my quick priorities survey so I can continue to fight for the things that matter most to you and your loved ones?
Thank you for all your support. I can't wait to see what we accomplish together this year.
Con gratitud,
Ben Ray
