John,
I have incredible news in Aurora Regino’s lawsuit against the Chico Unified School District.
Our judge GRANTED our motion to strike the ACLU’s motion to intervene.
That’s right.
The ACLU, with all of its money and resources will NOT be allowed to intervene in this case on behalf of the school district that attempted to “socially transition” a 5th grade girl’s gender behind her mother’s back.
This important win is an excellent first step in Aurora’s lawsuit to stop school policies known as “Parental Secrecy Policies” where activist teachers coerce students into changing their gender identity and then hide it from the child’s parents at all costs.
I’m proud of our small team of attorneys who worked around the clock to keep the ACLU away from Aurora’s case.
But of course, none of this would be possible without your support.
While we are pleased with this win, we aren’t slowing down because the battle is only beginning and there is likely a long road ahead of us before we can put a stop to these totally unconstitutional “Parental Secrecy Policies” once and for all.
And of course, we’re still fighting back against the ACLU’s motion to intervene in Jessica Konen’s lawsuit against the Spreckels Union School District.
I will keep you updated on this case as it continues to progress.
Thank you again for all that you do.
