Our organization runs on the generosity of people from all over Ohio and the country who are passionate about our shared values and our belief in a government that honors the Dignity of Work.
Together, we’ve won tough races in the past on the strength of that movement.
Because when an autoworker in Toledo chips in $26 and a nurse in Columbus pitches in $26 and a teacher in Steubenville contributes $26, it adds up to a powerful coalition that has what it takes to compete in a competitive, must-win battleground.
That’s what we’re facing in the coming election.
Our race is one of the most competitive Senate contests on the map in 2024. The national GOP is already targeting me, and my first opponent is a wealthy state senator who bankrolled his campaign during last year’s Ohio Senate race -- including millions of dollars spent on ads so he could dominate the airwaves.
That’s OK -- one contribution at a time, we can out-organize our opponents, the GOP, and their dark-money machine. But that’s why I need to ask: Will you chip in before tomorrow?
With gratitude,
Sherrod
