John, in just a moment, I’m going to ask you to chip in to our $25,000 pre-election goal. But first, I want to give you an idea of what my schedule looks like for the last few days of this race:
Tomorrow: My team is hitting the pavement and talking to voters all across the city. I’ve spent this campaign reaching out to Chicagoans wherever they are. In this competitive, three-way race, every voice matters.
Monday: The very last chance to hit our final fundraising goal of this election. We’re hoping to bring in $25,000 before Election Day to keep up our momentum at the most critical point of this race. If we fall short, we risk losing out on the chance to reach undecided voters who could make or break the outcome of this election.
Tuesday: Election Day. Our team will be on the ground, getting out the vote until the very last poll closes at 7 p.m. on February 28th. We’ll continue doing everything in our power to make sure Chicagoans know what’s at stake in this election.
As you can see, we’ll be pretty busy in the next few days. That’s why I’m coming to our incredible team of grassroots supporters for help to hit our pre-election goal and power these last few days of work.
Will you help us make history here in Chicago and contribute any amount you can — $10, $25, or even more to meet our goal and keep our team on the ground talking to voters?
Everything you do for this campaign means so much, so thank you – and make sure to punch nine!
