Last week, Attorney General Dana Nessel and I announced a lawsuit against polluters for contaminating our drinking water with PFAS.

Costs of cleanup are climbing along with the amount of water that has been contaminated. It's time to act to protect our drinking water and our environment and shift the burden of paying for these costs away from Michiganders.
