John, enough is enough.
Our nation is in a constant state of mourning due to the harm caused by guns. No one should ever experience the grief of losing a loved one to preventable violence.
Last month, I joined several of my colleagues from the Connecticut Congressional delegation to reintroduce Ethan’s Law, which would require safe storage to protect children and others from unsecured firearms. This is just the start to our fight for common sense gun safety policies.
We have to do more to end these countless, senseless tragedies. It’s time we stop living in fear and make the future safer for our children.
Join me in demanding immediate action to end the gun violence epidemic by signing your name here >>
Connecticut leads the way in the fight against gun violence. But, John, there is still so much more we have to do.
Universal background checks, ammunition limitations for firearm magazines, banning the sale of military-style assault weapons, furthering counseling and support for youth impacted by urban violence… John, these may seem like small steps, but they add up to monumental change – and WILL save lives.
Add your name to my petition. We must fight harder than ever for gun control.
A safer future depends on this.
Thank you for using your voice,
John Larson
