The
Senate passed Mitch McConnell’s impeachment trial rules along party lines
early Wednesday morning — ending a 13-hour day of debate on the
Senate floor.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton: " it's going to be two weeks of
smearing President Trump. He'll win in the end, but he'll be abused by the
process in the meantime. If there's any trial it ought to be of Adam Schiff
for his prosecutorial misconduct."
