Last night, Chloe Cole and I went on Laura Ingraham’s Fox show The Ingraham Angle as part of our announcement of the filing of our groundbreaking lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Watson, Dr. Taylor, and Dr. Le who mutilated Chole in an experimental surgery without receiving proper informed consent.

As Laura points out, according to studies over 85% of children who experience gender dysphoria simply grow out of it.

But the radical Left has turned this into a big business for medical providers and pharmaceutical companies who prey on children to sign them up for a lifetime of expensive procedures and drugs.

John, it's official. 

Yesterday we filed Chloe Cole’s lawsuit, and I wanted you to be the first to know.

This lawsuit isn’t like any other we’ve taken.

We’re not suing the federal government or a school district – we’re suing one of the most powerful hospitals in the country.

But we’re not just suing Kaiser Permanente. No, we’re also suing the individual doctors for what they did to Chloe Cole.

Every single doctor in the nation who is thinking of performing these gruesome and horrific surgeries on children to understand the steep financial consequences that they will face.

Will you rush in an emergency tax-deductible donation of $35 or more and give our attorneys a running start?

We’re suing Dr. Lisa Taylor for prescribing testosterone and the dangerous puberty blocker Lupron Depot without doing ANY proper evaluation or treatment of Chloe’s other symptoms OR receiving any kind of informed consent from Chloe or her parents for the puberty blockers.

We’re suing Dr. Le for performing a double mastectomy without evaluating whether it was the right decision for Chloe, who was just 15 years old and not receiving proper informed consent to perform the surgery.

And we’re suing Dr. Susanna Watson who recommended that Chloe go through with having her breasts removed without evaluating Chloe’s mental or psychological condition. Additionally, she withheld information that may have changed Chloe’s mind about the surgery, including a litany of studies that show that drugs and surgeries do not help children suffering from gender dysphoria.

We’re suing them because Chloe deserves justice.

And if we’re successful, a powerful precedent will be set protecting vulnerable children across the country.

We cannot sit back while vulnerable children are given drugs to chemically castrate when what they need is counseling.

We cannot sit back while another parent is fed the lie, “would you rather have a dead daughter or a live son.”

And, we cannot sit back while activist doctors put another young girl under the knife for a harmful and irreversible surgery that she is not even old enough to consent to.

That is why we need your help to take on Kaiser Permanente and these doctors.
