Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell are leading a nationwide attack on reproductive rights. They’re packing the federal courts with radical right-wing judges determined to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Today, on this 47th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, here’s what you need to know about Joe:

  1. He has a 100% voting record on reproductive rights, as rated by Planned Parenthood and NARAL.
     
  2. He has championed legislation in Congress to repeal the Hyde Amendment and ensure that low-income people have access to abortion care, including through any future Medicare for All legislation.
     
  3. He has been a strong and early federal advocate for the ROE Act, a state law that would break down barriers to abortion access in Massachusetts.
     
  4. He has been a powerful voice for maternal health care for every pregnant person, including those most at risk and most in need; including improving access to postpartum care through Medicaid.
