During a recent trip to the Middle East, I had the honor of meeting with members of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing at Al Dhafra Air Base in United Arab Emirates. Our service members represent the best among us, and I’m so grateful for their bravery and selfless sacrifice. I also had a productive meeting Israeli President Isaac Herzog to discuss the key strategic partnership between our nations. We agreed that peace through strength is essential for global stability, and the United States must always stand strong to deter our adversaries.

Our great State of Oklahoma is home to the second-largest Native American population in America. That’s why I’m proud to introduce bipartisan legislation that would help federal programs meet the unique needs of Indigenous communities and improve care. From substance use treatment to Medicare and Medicaid, this commonsense bill will bolster collaboration among Urban Indian Organizations and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Oklahoma has a rich and vibrant agricultural industry – and it’s critically important that we prepare the next generation of farmers and ranchers to feed, fuel, and clothe our communities. During National Future Farmers of America Week, I'm proud to recognize the students and educators of the Oklahoma FFA who are building a future of excellence in rural America.
