Hi friends, Congresswoman Hayes here reaching out to share our pivotal House race in Connecticut’s 5th Congressional District.

This district is a purple 50/50 split that Republicans have had their eyes on for years because it holds some of the darkest red parts of what is otherwise considered a reliably blue state.

In fact, it’s the ONLY toss-up district in Connecticut!

So I won’t sugarcoat it… if we’re going to have any chance of taking back the House majority, I must win this race. Yet, national Republicans are going all-in to flip my district and I’m expecting them to spend millions on this race, just like they did in the 2022 election cycle.

I need your help to fight back. So, will you rush a donation between my campaign and Fair Shot PAC to protect one of our most competitive seats and flip the House blue?

The GOP believes that if they win this race, they will have a better chance to keep the House in their control. That’s why National Republican groups like the RNC and NRCC have already made me a target for 2024 and they’ll stop at nothing to unseat me.

They want me gone, but I’m not going anywhere.
