John -- On this day in 1973, the Supreme Court ruled in Roe v. Wade that all folks have the right to access safe, legal abortion. People’s control over their own bodies shouldn’t be up for debate. But under extreme anti-abortion leaders in Congress, Roe v. Wade and the rights it guarantees are under constant threat. John, Carolyn’s opponent Jaime Herrera Beutler has a 0% voting record for the right to choose. It’s imperative that we replace anti-choice Republicans like Jaime who are pushing these legislative attacks. That’s why we are proud that Carolyn is endorsed by Planned Parenthood Action Fund. And that’s why today, on Roe’s anniversary, Carolyn is renewing her commitment to help protect the right to choose from the politicians who think they can send us back to a time when our bodies were not our own.
