John – Last week, I had my ceremonial swearing in back home in Orlando. I’m still at a loss for words from the overwhelming love and support.

Over a thousand people from across Central Florida showed up to celebrate our movement finally being in Congress.

So I just need to say thank you.

Thank you to everyone who showed up last week. Thank you to everyone who has supported our historic campaign in any way they could – from voting, to donating, or simply just paying attention. But most importantly, for committing to join me in the fight for a better Central Florida.

We made it this far together, but we can’t stop now – especially with an extremist Republican majority in Congress and back home in Florida. They know that we have strength in numbers, and we’re only getting stronger, so they’ll do whatever it takes to derail our movement towards progress.

But with your help, we’ll be able to withstand anything that comes our way.
