#TeamCornyn is focused on getting Republicans – from the White House to the
Court House – elected this November. Our ground game is on point, with some
recent statistics showing:

TARRANT COUNTY

Last week, #TeamCornyn sent 400+ texts, 150+ emails and made 700+ calls to
locals encouraging participation in theStatewide Day of Action. Several groups
will be represented, like Texas Federation of Republican Women. Tarrant County
went blue for Beto in 2018, and know what’s at stake in 2020. We expect a major
turnout of folks ready to work!

DALLAS COUNTY

We’re gettin’ the band back together. #TeamCornyn has led outreach to several
local Republican activists who are not currently working through the party
infrastructure to ensure they are engaged in 2020 efforts. We are so excited to
have Representatives Angie Chen Button and Morgan Meyer confirmed to kick off
ourStatewide Day of Action! Also on-hand will be candidates: Will Douglas,
Gerson Hernandez, Samuel Smith and Luisa Del Rosal’s campaign manager.

Senator Cornyn is focused on winning from the White House to the Court House,
and every Republican on the ballot matters.

DENTON & COLLIN COUNTIES

The Frisco Conservatives are TURNED UP and ready to TURN OUT for Statewide Day
of Action. We are stoked about the connections we’re making with the Collin
County GOP and Collin County Young Republican organizations, and excited to see
them on Saturday’s training.

HARRIS COUNTY

#TeamCornyn has a solid partner in the Harris County Republican Party, who are
pushing hard for a successfulStatewide Day of Action. Luis la Rotta – the only
Republican running for a special election on January 28th in State House 148 –
are going to be a big focus of our combined efforts. Congressman Dan Crenshaw’s
(TX-2) team are great force multipliers as well.

Although not in Harris County, the #TeamCornyn field staff did a lot of work
in Fort Bend last week for the special election for HD28 –Gary Gates
<[link removed]> – on Jan.
28. We held a stakeholder meeting in Katy with Texans for Greg Abbott, RPT,
State Sen. Lois Kolkhorst (SD18), and Comptroller Glenn Hegar.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY

There are two Republican candidates for state house districts – Lucio Valdez
(HD52) and Mike Guevara (HD136) – and their teams will be part of ourStatewide
Day of Action. Republicans lost these two districts in 2018, and we’re set on
taking them back.
