Last week, Martha McSally refused to answer a basic question and then brazenly called a CNN reporter a “liberal hack” in an outburst that prompted backlash across the country.

McSally quickly seized the national media attention and spun it as an opportunity to fundraise for her election campaign. She’s now selling “liberal hack” t-shirts and is running Facebook ads that glorify her outburst.

McSally knows she’s in a vulnerable position, so she’s taking advantage of any momentum she can get to desperately raise money from big-money Trump supporters and National Republicans.
