Senator Joni Ernst thought she would be able to keep a low profile with so much attention being focused on Iowa’s first-in-the-nation caucuses. But recent polling from Morning Consult shows her approval rating underwater again -- and sinking.

In fact, she’s the third most unpopular Senator in the country -- sharing the awful ratings with her D.C. buddies Mitch McConnell and Susan Collins. It’s clear that Iowans recognize Joni Ernst for who she really is: just another Washington politician.
