A Special Election has been called to fill Congresswoman-elect Jennifer McClellan’s unexpired term in the Virginia Senate.

With a razor-thin Democratic majority in the state senate, it’s more critical than ever that we ensure that a Democrat fills this seat – that’s why we’re reaching out to you.

The Special Election for Senate District 9 will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, meaning VADEMS only have a couple of weeks to organize and turnout Democratic voters to keep SD-09 blue. Can we count on you to chip in and send a Democrat to the State Senate?
