Hi John,
My name is Jesús Flores. I’m the Legal Services Program Lead here at Immigrants Rising and I am excited to announce that we will be hosting our third annual Pre-Law Bootcamp this April!
The Pre-Law Bootcamp ([link removed]) is designed for undocumented individuals who are pursuing law school and want extra support navigating the law school application process. Applications will be accepted until Monday, March 13, 2023.
To participate in this four-day program, you must:
* Be foreign-born
* Not have permanent residency (green card) or citizenship in the U.S.
* Be considering applying to law schools in Fall 2023 for 2024-2025 admission
* Be generally familiar with the law school application process
Through the bootcamp, participants will learn the specifics of the law school admissions process through the lens of an undocumented candidate, build community with other undocumented pre-law folks, and network with undocumented law students and legal professionals, so that they’ll feel confident applying to law school. Participants will also become eligible to apply for Immigrants Rising’s Pre-Law Fund, which can be used to prepare and pay for law school applications.
