KEEP UP WITH DARIN

We had the pleasure of welcoming Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to Illinois this past week as part of his Back the Blue tour. In Illinois, crime is rising and Governor Pritzker’s anti-police agenda is harming our communities. Illinois should take a page out of Governor DeSantis’ playbook of backing law enforcement and prosecuting violent criminals. I will always support the police in Congress, and I am grateful to Governor DeSantis for making the trip.

As House Republicans work to fulfill our promises to the American people, we will be keenly focused on combating threats from The Chinese Communist Party. I joined the Economist Podcast to discuss how our Republican Majority will combat these threats.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

I am honored to serve Illinois in Congress and wanted to share an update with you as we close out February. Our House Republican majority is in full swing working place a check on the Biden Administration, reduce inflation, curb violent crime, and secure the border.
