Military-style assault weapons are the weapon of choice for mass shooters, and they have taken thousands of lives and ravaged hundreds of communities. These acts of violence must be stopped.

President Biden took a stand against Republicans and the NRA during his State of the Union address by calling for a ban on military-style assault weapons.

We're committed to holding Republicans accountable for choosing donations from the gun lobby over the safety of Americans, and today, we're standing with President Biden.
