Fair Pay - FAIR Act -> 8.7 That’s Where It’s At!

From the halls of Congress to the streets of D.C., we're making it known that government workers deserve fair pay!

On the heels of our annual legislative conference we have sent nearly 18,000 letters to members of Congress asking them to cosponsor the FAIR Act. We can't stop now!

Lawmakers have the chance to support federal workers by cosponsoring the Federal Adjustment of Income Rates (FAIR) Act, which would authorize an average 8.7% pay raise for federal employees in 2024.  

Let's keep the pressure on! Take 2 minutes to email your lawmaker and ask them to cosponsor the FAIR Act!

One of the easiest things Congress can do to show they value the outstanding work done by the federal workforce is to give a much deserved 8.7% pay raise in 2024.
