John: East Palestine, Ohio is still dealing with the aftermath of the Northfolk Station derailment.

We cannot and will not let environmental disasters like these become our new normal, John. With your help, we can make sure what happened in East Palestine never happens to another community.

This is a nightmare scenario. And because the cargo on the train wasn’t considered “high-hazardous material," Norfolk Southern wasn’t required to notify the state of the train’s contents. Now, the people of East Palestine are living in a “toxic soup” of hazardous chemicals.

John, this is why SEEC’s work is so important. Our SEEC Members are the loudest voices in the room demanding environmental protections and accountability in Congress every single day. And with the GOP controlling the House, we cannot risk them trying to sweep this disaster under the rug. Will you support their work so SEEC Members can keep up the fight and hold these corporations accountable? [[link removed]]
