100 DAYS OF TOXIC POLLUTION! Shell’s new plastics factory is VIOLATING air and water quality agreements left and right. Take action to fight pollution!

In just 100 days of operating, Shell’s petrochemical plant in Beaver County, Pennsylvania has already proven to be a NIGHTMARE. The Shell plant threatens local communities with respiratory damage and liver, brain, or heart problems due to TOXIC FUMES and POISONOUS CHEMICALS that seep into the surrounding air and water. Some families even chose to MOVE AWAY for their children’s health. And in November, the plant malfunctioned, CASTING AN EERIE ORANGE GLOW IN THE NIGHT SKY!

Shell is the 16th largest corporation in the world. That wealth is built on the backs of people like those in Beaver County who are fighting to protect their health while Shell executives rake in the cash. YOU can help force Shell to listen to community members! Friend, tell Shell to STOP RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING communities and the environment with its TOXIC POLLUTION!

And this Shell plant isn’t just polluting the surrounding community, these plastics end up around the country and beyond. The plastic produced inside this Shell plant will break down into microplastics that pollute the water we drink, the food we eat, and even the air we breathe! In fact, the average person consumes a credit card’s worth of plastic EVERY WEEK!

With every minute that passes, single-use plastics pollute our communities. But Shell continues to enrich itself at the expense of communities and the environment. YOUR ACTION could give Shell the push it needs to help PROTECT local residents. If just 1 of every 6 people reading this email takes immediate action, we can HOLD SHELL ACCOUNTABLE for its toxic pollution. Please, Friend, sign by 11:59pm TONIGHT!
