Pence was subpoenaed by a grand jury for the Department of Justice's investigation into Trump's attempts to overturn the 2020 election. Now, his lawyers are scrambling to help him avoid testifying.

The Jan. 6 attack cost lives and undermined our democracy. We believe it's crucial that Pence share any and all information he has on what led to that tragic day.
