We wanted to introduce the powerhouse behind our movement-based campaign: our campaign manager, Luke Hayes.

Luke is a Bronx native through and through. Educated at PS 24 and MS 141 in Riverdale, Luke shares our campaign’s strong passion for our public education system. 

He has a clear track record of leading progressive campaigns to success. Luke is proud to have served as state director for President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign in Nevada, and he has served New York as campaign manager for Tiffany Cabán’s district attorney campaign and as field director for Alessandra Biaggi’s groundbreaking state senate campaign, defeating long-time incumbent Jeff Klein. 

Luke remains tied to his home borough through his work with progressive campaigns and familial ties in the district, and we are incredibly excited to have Luke on our team leading us to victory on June 23rd.
