U.S. Rep. Byron Donalds thinks toxic blue-green algae may have a high-tech solution. Donalds, a Naples Republican, has co-sponsored a house resolution to let the Environmental Protection Agency make grants to private firms that use emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, robotics or distributed ledgers to tackle water quality problems.
