MoveOn and partner organizations will be rallying in front of the Supreme Court on Monday, February 27, and Tuesday, February 28 to demand that SCOTUS uphold President Biden’s lawful plan to cancel student loan debt.

Dear MoveOn member,

Last August, President Biden made history when he announced student debt relief for tens of millions of Americans suffering under the crushing weight of student loan debt.

But the reaction from right-wing politicians and organizations was swift—they immediately filed numerous lawsuits challenging the legality of the relief program. In the process, the program has been forced to stay paused, denying this critical relief to so many borrowers who are in need. Next Tuesday, February 28, the Supreme Court will be hearing oral arguments on the legality of President Biden's student debt relief program.

MoveOn and partner organizations will be rallying in front of the Supreme Court on Monday, February 27 (6-9 p.m.), and Tuesday, February 28 (8 a.m.-noon), to demand that SCOTUS uphold President Biden’s lawful plan to cancel student debt loan debt.

Will you join us? RSVP to the events here!

We'll be hearing from members of Congress, borrowers affected by cancellation, and activist leaders, including MoveOn's very own executive director, Rahna Epting. We'll have food, live music, and dancing as well!

It's critical that we have a strong showing next week at SCOTUS. Join us on Monday and Tuesday to support student debt cancellation! RSVP here.

Thanks for all you do.
