47 years ago today, the Supreme Court ruled in Roe v. Wade that the Constitution protects the right to an abortion.

Friend,

47 years ago today, the Supreme Court guaranteed the constitutional right to an abortion in its landmark Roe v. Wade decision. Anti-choice lawmakers have been trying to undermine it every day since.

Republicans have spent decades packing the courts with anti-abortion judges who have slowly but surely chipped away at Roe. The right to an abortion is back at the Supreme Court this year, and it may be the first step in Trump making good on his campaign promise to overturn Roe v. Wade.

How do we fight back? By reclaiming the Supreme Court.

If you’re one of the 77% of Americans who believe that abortion is a fundamental right, join the fight to protect Roe.

On March 4, the Supreme Court is going to hear a case that could close all but one of Louisiana’s abortion clinics and gut Roe as we know it. If Donald Trump’s judges have their way, abortion could become impossible to access for millions of American women.

The law is clear. This Louisiana law violates Roe v. Wade and violates a decision the Court made just a few years ago. But Donald Trump’s judges don’t care about the rule of law — they care about politics and advancing their far-right agenda.

Reproductive justice advocates have a big fight coming up, and we need progressives to say they’ll fight to keep abortion safe and legal by taking back the Supreme Court.

In solidarity,
