Hours after being sworn into Congress, Representative Richard Hudson reintroduced House Resolution 38, the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act.
This is a GREAT, COMMON SENSE bill that will provide critical protections to the self-defense rights of
every law-abiding man and woman in America!
This bill becoming law would be a
huge win for good American people who should be able to protect themselves and their families when they
travel across state lines. That’s why the NRA is committed to doing everything it can to help get it
passed.

The United States Supreme Court
recently ruled that our sacred right to bear arms does not stop at a person’s front door. In America, we can protect ourselves wherever and
whenever we see fit. With that in mind, passing HR 38 will be the next crucial step in ensuring that the American people can defend themselves
without fear of punishment by radical, gun-grabbing state governments.
Congress NEEDS to affirm that the right to self-defense does not stop at a state line, and HR 38 will do just that.
