Today, we're putting 23 House Republicans "On Notice." That means that these seats are the top 2024 targets and some of the best red-to-blue flip opportunities.

With the Republican House majority margin in the single digits and the 2023-2024 cycle kicking into high gear, we are making this list official. And we're confident that we can replace each of these vulnerable Republicans with a fierce Democratic pro-choice woman next year.
