The victims of the incident on Central Valley Road in Kitsap County on Sunday, February 19, 2023 have been identified as:
* William (Bill) Foust, a 51-year-old male
* Retha Price, a 59-year-old female
Both have Bremerton addresses listed.
Autopsies were performed by Kitsap County?s Chief Medical Examiner Doctor Lindsey Harle.
Cause of death for both is multiple stab wounds; manner of death for both is homicide.
