Our current housing market is filled with miles of red tape and unforeseen costs, which make it hard for even the most financially stable American to purchase their first home. Biden-flation has driven prices through the roof, and after the pandemic, home prices still haven’t fallen.
This is why I’m implementing legislation to accomplish two things:
- Increase the supply of affordable homes in America to ensure everyone has a chance to become a homeowner.
- Adjust the IRA tax exemption limit to ensure first-time buyers can find a house to suit them and their families.
