City municipal offices, including parks and recreation facilities, will close at 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, Feb. 22, due to the ice storm warning. Trash and recycling curbside collection service will proceed as regularly scheduled and will be evaluated for potential delays thereafter, depending on the severity of conditions.
