Rural Outreach Coordinated Campaign

John, here's an important strategy update:

Ground Game Texas presented at the most recent ROCC forum and partners are
planning right now to help expand upon their track record of success to
leverage these efforts to flip TX-15 and increase statewide margins in
2024 to compete against Ted Cruz.

Ground Game Texas has proven that ballot measures effectively optimize
outcomes while attracting new voters, turning out non-frequent voters, and
improving long-term outcomes. The data speaks for itself:

* Undefeated with success ranging from 64% to 85%
* Boosted young voter rate by 14% and infrequent voter rate by 7%
* Power of ballot measure helped sweep city council race across the
board
* Qualified a measure that would enact the first climate charter in
Texas
* Increased overall turnout in San Marcos by at least 4.8%
* Increased significant metropolitan performance by 3.1% to 7.5%
* 21.7k estimated additional votes in Austin, TX

Ground Game Texas has provided a model of success others can pattern off
of and the ROCC forum is the medium by which this technique is shared,
adapted and applied to work in new areas while coordinating these efforts
into a strategy to flip TX-15 and pickup an extra seat in Congress!

Working alongside groups that have already proven successful, we can
target the youth vote (18-25) to create a new generation of those
committed to the cause, as well as develop positive voting experiences and
habits amongst those that are less likely to vote. Using local issues, and
non-partisan initiatives, we can create a shift in younger demographics to
not only vote reliably but also to WANT to vote consistently.
[ [link removed] ]John, seeing the success of this for yourself, will you
please chip in to help the effort to expand this strategy to help flip
District 15 and eventually shift Texas blue?
