but we need your help in this moment.
I’m coming to you directly today, John...
This Friday is the deadline for filing for the case in Amarillo, Texas where Judge Kacsmaryk could rule to overturn the approval of an essential abortion medication. We have to be prepared if that happens — and one outcome could be far-right legal challenges to other essential medications, too.
We’d rather be in the streets than fundraising — we are proud that our organization is one of the few that is funded by everyday women. Can you give whatever you can right now to make sure we stay of, by, and for the people?
I’ve worked for reproductive justice for the majority of my career. None of us knows with certainty what will happen, but I AM certain that we have to fight as hard as we can NOW to build the people power we need to stop the GOP from rolling their agenda over us.
Plan B, birth control pills, and more could be on the line. Whether it’s a life-saving medication or personal information about women’s menstruation cycles, the GOP is on the attack — trying to strip privacy and rights from women in every possible way.
Women’s March has been on the front line of these fights since our inception. Our movement is a tide that lifts our sister organizations up. But the fight isn’t free.
Women’s March has spent over 80% of our annual budget on executing our marches, campaigns, and trainings. We are an organization that does a lot with a little. Our average donation is $15.91. Can you match that today?
Thanks,
Tamika
