Scary news out of Washington, D.C. Joe Biden is ready to declare another healthcare emergency. This time to murder pre-born babies. President Joe Biden is considering using the public health emergency under the Stafford Act to circumvent the Supreme Court's recent ruling that overturned Roe vs. Wade. This is an attempt to make abortions more accessible in all States that have started to implement laws that protect the life of the unborn. During [this] emergency declaration, government officials can suspend the rules to spend taxpayer money to increase access to abortion. Political insiders near to the situation expect Joe Biden to cave and implement this so-called “healthcare emergency” soon. We need to act to prevent this.

It should come as no surprise that with this victory, there comes a tremendous backlash from the left, the Democrats, and pro-abortion activists. As more and more states have been implementing stronger abortion restrictions, those opposed to life are scrambling to find "solutions" to increase access to abortions. One such solution is a letter written by 83 Congressional Democrats urging President Biden and Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Beccara to declare access to abortion a public health emergency under the Stafford Act.
