As Ron Paul warned in our urgent email last week, the World Health Organization (WHO) is on the move, plotting to usurp your liberty via a global pandemic treaty.

The proposed treaty would transform the WHO from an advisory organization to a governing body with legally binding proclamations.

But sources are reporting the WHO doesn't want to wait for the U.S. Senate to ratify their tyrannical treaty – and with your continued opposition, they might not get the votes at all – so they're working with the Biden regime and eyeing ways to ignore that pesky obstacle, the Constitution of the United States.

The draft treaty includes a clause that the accord will go into effect on a “provisional” basis, as soon as it is signed by delegates to the WHO, and therefore it will be legally binding on members without being ratified by legislatures.

The Biden regime will take the position this is an “international executive agreement” that the president can conclude of his own accord without approval by Congress, and is binding on the United States of America, including all state and local democratically elected officials, governors, attorney generals and health officials.

How this argument will fare in court is, like anything up to the courts, uncertain.

But what would be certain to HELP is Congress expressly rejecting the terms of this treaty that postures as an “executive agreement.”

That's why we need to tell our representatives to de-fund the WHO and get us OUT!

A bill has already been introduced in Congress, H.R. 343, which would simply prohibit funding the World Health Organization.

Clean and simple.

Introduced by Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), the No Taxpayer Funding for the World Health Organization Act has 22 cosponsors so far.

Demand your representative support this important legislation and move it forward right away!

Remember, this treaty formally launches the vaccine passport the globalists have been eyeing forever . . . and MORE! It would:

*** Remove “respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people” from existing regulations;

*** Give the WHO the authority to require medical examinations, proof of prophylaxis, proof of vaccine, and to implement contact tracing, quarantine and TREATMENT;

*** Allow the disclosure of personal health data; and

*** Institute a system of global health certificates in digital or paper format, including test certificates, vaccine certificates, prophylaxis certificates, recovery certificates, passenger locator forms, and a traveler’s health declaration.

Forcing vaccine passports on countries would fall under the authority of the WHO, a slap in the face to America’s sovereignty. And if the statists in the U.S. Senate don't empower them to implement this scheme, a court might – unless you take action to stop them now.

Most people think the Covid tyranny is over. Stores and restaurants that survived the lockdowns and mandates have re-opened. Schools are back to in-person learning. Churches that were shut down are open to public worship.

But with the snap of a finger, they could all be back. . .

If you’ve spent any time on Facebook lately, you may have noticed they are already falling in line with the WHO Treaty scheme.

Now, when they block a post about Covid jabs or treatments, they refer you to the so-called “experts” at the WHO! They don’t even mention our failed health agencies anymore!

So make sure you take a quick moment to tell your congressman to support H.R. 343 and DEFUND the WHO!

You may recall Donald Trump pulled the United States out of the WHO in 2020, but one of Joe Biden’s first acts upon entering the Oval Office was to reverse course.

Now Biden is prepared to up and the ante and turn over American sovereignty to WHO.

That’s why it’s important for Congress to use their power of the purse to stop funding the WHO. And you can put the pressure on Congress by letting them know enough is enough.
