Team — Earlier this month, nine Republican-led states asked a federal judge in Texas to shut down DACA once and for all.
With the support of allies like you, we mobilized immediately. Now, Congress is taking action.
The bipartisan DREAM Act was introduced in the Senate — which would provide a pathway to citizenship to over 2 million undocumented people, including DACA recipients.
We need to turn these policies into reality — and the clock is ticking with DACA on the chopping block. Will you make a donation to support our grassroots movement so we can secure a pathway to citizenship for immigrant youth and all undocumented people?

The introduction of The DREAM Act of 2023 by Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) marks over 22 years since the very first Dream Act was passed in 2001.
Since then, we’ve faced no shortage of hardships and attacks — including the rapid expansion of agencies like ICE and CBP tasked with separating families and instilling fear and uncertainty in our communities.
But immigrant youth responded at every turn. We’ve led campaigns to win and protect policies like DACA, which at its height protected over 800,000 young people from the threat of deportation.
Now with DACA in imminent danger, there’s an urgent need for permanent solutions.
It’s up to President Biden and Congress to pass a pathway to citizenship for all 11 million undocumented people.
If you’re able, will you rush a $10 donation to support United We Dream Action’s fight for permanent protections for immigrant youth and all undocumented people? We can’t let this opportunity to secure a pathway to citizenship for millions pass by.
