Friend, this Presidents’ Day really has us taking a hard look at what makes a great president. 

We’ve seen the division, hate, and insults hurled across party lines --- instead of doing this, our politicians should channel the words of President Woodrow Wilson: 

"We cannot be separated in interest or divided in purpose. We stand together until the end." Woodrow T. Wilson 

When did we lose that? 

The greatest presidents were able to put petty partisan squabbles aside because they knew a divided nation was a weak nation. 

The presidential election in 2024 needs to feature candidates who embrace and embody this idea.
