Friend --

From the very beginning, I made a commitment to voters in my community that I would reject all corporate PAC contributions to my campaign. Ending the corrupting influence of dark money in Washington is so urgent, and I want voters to understand that my vote is not for sale to the highest bidder.

That's why I am proud to announce that I've just received an A+ on the End Citizens United Action Fund scorecard. Will you help me celebrate this accomplishment by chipping in $3 to my campaign today?

Today marks the ten-year anniversary of the Citizens United vs. FEC decision -- a ruling that unleashed the unfettered influence of special interest groups on our political system.

My opponent David Valadao hasn't just benefited from corporate PAC checks, help from outside super PACs was instrumental to his campaign last cycle. We expect even more of that in 2020.

On this anniversary of the Citizens United vs. FEC decision, let's redouble our efforts to ending the influence of dark money in our politics. Please chip in $3 to help me build a campaign that can overcome the super PAC attacks we know are coming.

Thanks for everything,

TJ Cox
