A conservative judge in Texas is preparing to rule on a case that could ban a key abortion pill — and a decision could come as early as NEXT WEEK.

Mifepristone is one of the most common ways to end a pregnancy. If the judge sides with anti-abortion advocates, medication abortion cannot exist even in states where abortion is protected.

40 million women will lose access to safe abortions if the judge blocks mifepristone from being sold. We need to speak out before the decision is handed down.
