Roe v Wade is gone. That means abortion rights are now solely in the hands of
the states. Thankfully, in Montana abortion rights are constitutionally
protected. But with Republicans in power and holding a supermajority, we’re not
sure how long that will remain the case.

We will not allow the GOP to roll back abortion access in the dark of night at
the state house.We will hold them accountable and make it loud and clear that
this is NOT the direction Montanans want our state to go.

actively restricting it, are now the safe haven for women who need reproductive
healthcare and abortion access. Montana is now the only state in the Mountain
West where women can receive a safe, legal abortion.
