It's one of the most sinister bills we've ever seen, and it could unleash a horrific wave of copycat bills across the country.

We have one chance to defeat it.

Planned Parenthood sponsored a California bill allowing babies to be killed up to 28 days after birth. They specifically used the term "perinatal" (which includes up to a month AFTER a baby is born) instead of "prenatal" (before birth), and they thought no one would notice. Legalizing infanticide? WE NOTICED.

And we're fighting back, taking urgent legal action, filing FOIAs against Governor Newsom's infanticide law and aggressively fighting on Capitol Hill.

Now, with Pelosi unable to block it, the House JUST passed the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which REQUIRES doctors to administer lifesaving medical care to any baby who is born, including abortion survivors.

As this vital bill goes to the Senate, we urgently need you to take action to demand a vote TODAY.

We've obtained our FIRST WIN in our lawsuit against the National Archives for targeting pro-life visitors.

Our client took her granddaughter to see the Constitution, but they were singled out for wearing pro-life clothing and told to remove the apparel or leave. We filed a lawsuit against the National Archives for this inexcusable violation.

Now the government JUST AGREED to enter into a consent order and preliminary injunction – blocking the National Archives from discriminating against anyone for being pro-life. They also must provide a copy of the consent order to all security officers and apologize to our clients for harassing them.

But our lawsuit isn't over. We're taking the National Archives to court to uncover how this targeting happened in the first place. Who gave the order? Someone must be held accountable.
