SB 4 would create a more honest and transparent school system. This week Matt Crouch, Heritage Action State Director for Missouri, joined Jeanne Ives with The Real Story to talk about the impact this legislation would have in the Show-Me State. >>>WATCH HERE<<<
Montana
Montana’s S.B. 99 would protect children from the growing threat of gender ideology. Gender ideology confuses people by saying boys can be girls, and girls can be boys.
This ideology is exceptionally damaging to children. When a child is struggling with gender dysphoria, they need compassionate care – not experimental hormones and surgery.
Montana’s SB 99 would:
- Ban genitalia altering surgeries for minors, understanding that they are in fact a form of child mutilation and do not improve the physical or mental health of the patient
- Ban the administration of puberty blockers that irreparably stunt the development of of a growing child
- Ban the use of hormone treatment therapy, which is experimental and and have long-term damaging effects that have not been fully studied.
98% of children who struggle with body dysphoria grow out of it by the time they are 18. They should not be tricked into thinking that permanently damaging medical procedures will benefit them
Oklahoma
Oklahoma has also introduced legislation to protect their young.
Knowing full well that many medical institutions recommend and encourage these mutilation procedures because they are a “big money maker” and their intentions are far from pure, Governor Stitt of Oklahoma called for the protection of the youth.
The Oklahoma legislature responded by drafting SB 613, which includes the same provisions as Montana’s SB 99.
SB 613 has passed the OK Senate and it is expected to pass the House and signed into law by Governor Stitt.
Indiana
Many states have been taking strong action against ESG investors that use their clients' money to bully business into complying with the work liberal agenda that would have companies hire based on diversity over merit, “green” energy over efficient energy, censorship over free speech, and other woke priorities.
Indiana is now moving on ESG and is working closely with Heritage Action to draft policy that will require asset managers to use their money to benefit their clients financially, rather than advancing their personal political agendas.
Everyone needs to know, when you go woke, you go broke!
