This Big Oil Windfall Profits Tax Act will prevent price gouging by the biggest oil companies while lowering consumer costs by offering relief rebates to consumers most impacted by inflated prices. With Big Oil’s lobby being as big as it is, this bill can only survive with grassroots support.
