In January 2021, Trump incited an armed insurrection. He knew the truth: he lost the election. But he was ready to try everything to hold on to power — bringing bogus voter fraud cases to court, pressuring lawmakers not to certify the election, and telling supporters to storm the Capitol.

Two years later, Republican leadership is attempting to rewrite history, and there’s still a sedition caucus in Congress. Just this week, the Georgia special grand jury investigating Trump’s election interference saw possible evidence of perjury in Republicans' commitment to the Big Lie. Republicans continue to push the false narrative about election integrity and do everything they can to suppress voting rights in communities of color.

I’m ready to do everything I can to protect our democracy, but it’s clearer than ever that Republican leadership is unwilling to act. We need to start organizing now if we’re going to take back the House in 2024. Chip in now if you agree.
