John –
It’s no surprise that President Biden is a busy man. So when I had a chance to speak with him on his way out of the State of the Union address last week, I used our time to talk to him about the type of investments we need in West Michigan. (At the request of my sons, I also snapped a quick selfie!)
Like so many places across the country, we need support via investments in infrastructure and job creation. We also have the unique privilege of being home to the Great Lakes, an incredible resource that we are honored to protect. I consistently hear from my constituents that protecting the Great Lakes is a top priority for them, as are combating climate change, safeguarding reproductive rights, and fixing our broken immigration system.
If you agree that these issues need a strong advocate in Congress, I hope you’ll consider chipping in $10 today to ensure I have the resources to defend this competitive seat.

At the end of our chat, I invited President Biden to visit our beautiful district and see for himself how special West Michigan is. I look forward to showing him around!
Thank you so much for your support,
Hillary
